As a member of Pollinate's 3D department, Spectrum, I was tasked to model a products in Autodesk Maya. At the end of the pipeline, the client would have a real-time rendering, operating in WebGL, built with customization controls. This required me to have an understanding of 3D modeling/texturing along with a basic understanding of json materials for WebGL
For Leatherman our department created a system that took 3D textures
from the customization controls and converted that into information that would be used by laser printers.
